Changeover days
We are as flexible as we possibly can be so that you can take advantage of all available flights. We would Prefer the property to be vacated by 10am on day of departure and it will normally be ready for you after 2pm on day of arrival.

Booking

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Keys and directions will be sent to you on payment of balance
